Capital Region Area’s   one-of-kind, “double-event” premiere Expo Wednesday, July 29,  2009.

Two Expos took place   - at the same time 6-9 pm – on the same day -  July 29, 2009  at the same location - in Vapor Night Club at  Saratoga Gaming & Raceway - 342 Jefferson St., Saratoga, NY  12866 .

This first time type of “double event”……The semi-annual ” Baby-Bump-Bash©” and the semi-annual “Brides’ Day©”  are two closely related Expos.    Both engaged couples and expectant parents are invited along with  bridal party, family (including grandparents) and friends.

Entrance to Vapor Night Club for the two (2)  Expos  will be from the outside  main entrance so that all ages can attend.  

The New York City style design of VAPOR Night Club lends itself to be the perfect location for the two  EXPOS which will take  place on the same date at the same time.    Admission to both events is FREE 1pm to 4pm

Vapor Night Club is one large room with two floors where attendees can look up and down to see all the exhibitors.   It will be like one  huge mall filled with bridal, baby and children’s stores.   

Stairs and an elevator will make it easy for attendees to go back and forth between the two (2) Expos.   “Brides’ Day”©  Expo will take place  on the first (1^st) floor and  the “Baby-Bump-Bash”©  Expo will be located on the second (2^nd) floor of  Vapor Night Club.  

VAPOR Night Club’s popularity is because Vapor offers the excitement of a genuine New York City night club     Spread the word regarding the July 25 double event - to anyone who is either -  planning a wedding in the future  or  expecting a baby (or twins or triplets, etc.).  

Remind brides-to-be and expectant parents that the place to be on July 29,  2009 is Vapor Night Club at Saratoga Gaming and Raceway.  

Whether it be brides-to-be planning for their wedding reception or  expectant parents and grandparents waiting for the big event -  or someone planning an anniversary party…….All attendees can be assured -  there will be something for everyone at  the two Expos to be presented at VAPOR Night Club on July 29, 2009.        

Brides-to-be want ideas to make their wedding day....the most spectacular event and experience of their life.     The finest bridal experts in the Capital Region Area will exhibit their products and services at Bride’s Day Expo to help the bride achieve her goal. 

Bridal Expos offer a bridge between bride-to-be and Bridal Experts within the wedding industry.   Bridal  exhibitors will  offer their party planning advice to  help bride and her family plan for romantic wedding receptions,   bridal showers and rehearsal dinners.    

These same party planners can help plan any type of event including an  anniversary dinner, a Bar or Bat Mitzvah reception, a baby shower or a Christening reception.

The Baby-Bump-Bash© Expo will bring together all the experts in the baby industry to give information to expectant parents.    Various unique business in the baby industry will also be exhibiting – ready to educate and help “moms-to-be”.   Information on the newest care procedures for babies will be available.   Locations and schedule information for birthing classes as well as child care information will be available.   

Prizes will be offered at every exhibitor’s booth.   Saratoga Gaming & Raceway has a surprise door prize waiting for qualified attendees.    The Baby-Bump-Bash© and Brides’ Day©  Expos  will also offer a special door prize for Grandparents.   Driver’s license required for certain prizes.     

In recent years, the Racino and Harness Track have become more of an attraction that anyone could have imagined.    The immaculately groomed grounds surrounding the area of the Polo Club and Saratoga Gaming & Raceway  provide an elegant  backdrop for all types of events including a bridal or baby shower..      

 VAPOR Night Club  is perfectly designed to create the best atmosphere for bachelor, and bachelorette parties.   The design also makes for a great atmosphere for two fun and informative EXPOS which will be presented Wednesday,  July 29 2009  at the same time.
